Double stove for Mawanda Secondary

This past Monday Ndanu, Tumaini and apprentice Regnaldi completed a double size stove for Mawanda secondary school. A double stove is two normal size stoves next to each other. It accommodates four large pots and teachers’ small pots. Tämän viikon maanantaina Ndanu, Tumaini ja ’oppipoika’ Regnaldi saivat valmiksi kaksoishellan Mawandan yläkoululle. Kaksoishella tarkoittaa kahta normaalikokoista

Stove for Mramba

Reissaavilta rakentajilta puuttuvat kaikki elämän mukavuudet, mutta aurinkonnousun kajo Kilimanjaron rinteellä ja aamutaivaan täysikuu on ainutlaatuinen. Mawenzi etualalla, Kibon jäätikköhuippu taustalla. Travelling builders may lack all the comforts of life, but the gleam of sunrise on the slopes of Kilimanjaro and the full moon in the early morning sky are unique. Mawenzi in the front

Muunga primary school got a new stove last week. ‘New’ is a bit misleading of course, as they never had any stove at all, just three stones. Koulun keittäjä ja päärakentaja Ndanu.
